New Book Announcement: Embrace Your Weird!

So psyched to announce my new book is up for pre-orders! It’s called “Embrace Your Weird: Face your Fears and Unleash Creativity!” I wrote this book because of all the responses to my memoir about how people started creating and dealing with their anxiety after reading it. I’m thrilled to have this finished, it’s a labor of love for me, all the things I’ve learned in my life about dealing with creative enemies in one book! It is for all ages, no swears, promise, and lots of nerd and geek references in there for you guys (and me)!

Inside are tons of essays, room for exercises that YOU will fill out, and tons of funny illustrations. I love self-help books and wanted to write one that was funny and valuable to people. Heck, when I was copy editing it, I thought, “Wow, you should highlight that part, it’s good advice!” 😀 Can’t wait to get this into your hands. Release date: October 1rst!

Please go to feliciadaybook.com to preorder. That really helps determine how many book tour dates I have and if any foreign editions are picked up!

Sorry blog, I’ve been neglecting you mightily. <3

In the form of a joke

A totally unfunny joke in the form of a joke about the car dealership offering buyers a free bible, flag, and rifle.

In defense of public philosophy

Daily Nous has run a guest editorial by C. Thi Nguyen defending “public philosophy.” Yes! In fact, it’s telling that public philosophy even needs defense. And defense from whom? Here’s a pull quote from the last paragraph: To speak bluntly: the world is in crisis. It’s war, the soul of humanity is at stake, and […]
